The IEC Freedom Fund helps promote the legislative and political interests of IEC. Funds are used in a variety of ways to include providing issue education materials for IEC members and the public, memberships in Washington business groups and coalitions, and to help raise funds for IEC PAC, IEC’s Political Action Committee.
Anyone can contribute to the IEC Freedom Fund. You do not have to be an IEC member to contribute.
An individual or company can contribute funds from whatever source it chooses. The contribution can be expensed but it cannot be deducted from taxes.
There are no limitations to the amount that can be donated to the Freedom Fund.
The IEC Freedom Fund Sponsorship program recognizes IEC member companies and chapters that demonstrate significant financial support for this important fund to help advance IEC's advocacy efforts.
Freedom Fund sponsors receive recognition at IEC National's Business Summit, Policy Conference, SPARK, and in Capitol Connection, IEC's monthly Government Affairs newsletter.
